Well Pet Community Vet is led by Dr. Paul Black, who donates his time and talent at the spay/neuter and wellness clinic. Oconee Humane Society opened the clinic in 2021 and has completed more than 10,000 spay/neuter surgeries along with providing thousands of pets life saving vaccines and wellness care. We thank all of our donors, supporters, and volunteers who continue to help us provide accessible and affordable vet care.
Today, Dr. Paul and his colleagues, Dr. Jackie Paritte and Dr. Valeri Love bring a combined total of nearly 100 years of veterinarian experience to offer professional and compassionate care for all dogs and cats. Oconee Humane Society and Well Pet Community Vet’s overall goal is to keep pets healthy, happy and home! We look forward to seeing your pet soon.
For residents of Oconee County that qualify, there is a program that assists with the costs of a spay/neuter surgery. This program is called the Spay/Neuter Assistance Coalition (SNAC) program. It is designed to provide low-household-income Oconee County residents with an affordable option to have their pets spayed/neutered.
